Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Before launch The bracketed fields below must be completed with the operating company's registered details, and the whole document reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It is written specifically for Domzor rather than adapted from a template, but it is not legal advice.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This service is operated by Domzor (Bombus Interactive i Sverige AB), registration number 559010-1225, with its registered address at Övägen 8, 216 42 Limhamn, Sweden ("we", "us", "Domzor"). You can reach us at info@domzor.app.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Domzor service. By creating an account you accept them. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" then means that organisation.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. What Domzor is — and what it is not

Domzor collects publicly available technical and registration data for the domains you add, records how that data changes over time, assesses risk and notifies you when something looks wrong. This covers registration data (RDAP and WHOIS), DNS records, mail authentication records, website availability and TLS certificates.

Domzor is a monitoring tool, not a safety net:

  • We are not a registrar. We do not register, renew, transfer, restore or otherwise administer your domains, and we cannot act on your behalf towards a registrar or registry.
  • We do not replace your registrar's renewal arrangements. Auto-renewal, valid payment details and correct contact information at your registrar remain your responsibility. Domzor is a second pair of eyes, not the first line of defence.
  • We report what the sources tell us. Domzor does not independently verify registry, DNS or certificate data, and cannot detect a problem that those sources do not disclose.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and verify your email address before the service becomes available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@domzor.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Alerts are sent to the verified email address of the workspace owner; keeping that address current and monitored is your responsibility.

4. Plans, limits and payment

Each workspace is on a plan that determines how many domains it may monitor, how often checks run, how long history is retained and how many members it may have. Current plans and limits are shown on the billing page. When a limit is reached the service declines the action rather than exceeding it.

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor. Unless stated otherwise, prices to business customers are exclusive of VAT and prices to consumers include VAT.

Automated checkout is not yet available; plan changes are handled by contacting us. [ONCE BILLING IS LIVE, ADD: billing period, renewal and automatic renewal, payment methods and processor, price change notice period, refunds, consequences of failed payment and any grace period, and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers together with the conditions under which it lapses.]

5. Acceptable use

Adding a domain causes Domzor to send automated requests to third-party infrastructure — registries, DNS resolvers, web servers and certificate endpoints — on a recurring basis. That places obligations on you as well as on us.

You agree that you will not:

  • add domains for the purpose of reconnaissance, intrusion, or probing systems you have no legitimate interest in;
  • use the service to circumvent, aggregate or resell registry data in breach of the acceptable-use policies of RDAP or WHOIS providers, or of any registry's terms;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service, or to access another customer's workspace or data;
  • use automated means to create accounts, or share one account between people in order to avoid plan limits;
  • use the service in breach of applicable law or third-party rights.

Monitoring a domain you do not own is permitted where the data is genuinely public and you have a legitimate interest — competitor watching or brand protection, for example. It does not entitle you to use Domzor as a vehicle for harassment, or to build datasets about the individuals behind those domains.

6. Third-party data sources

Domzor depends on data published by registries, registrars, DNS operators and certificate authorities. That data is outside our control and is frequently incomplete. In particular:

  • not every top-level domain publishes an expiry date, and Domzor shows the expiry as unknown rather than guessing;
  • registries apply rate limits and may refuse, delay or truncate responses, which can leave a check without a result;
  • registries express the same state in different ways, and data may be cached, stale or simply wrong at source.

We work to interpret these sources correctly, but we do not warrant that the information shown in Domzor is accurate, complete or current.

7. Availability and alerts

Please read this section carefully. It describes the most important limit on what Domzor promises.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not commit to any specific uptime, to a check frequency beyond the interval stated for your plan, or to an alert delivery time, and we do not currently offer a service level agreement.

An alert may be delayed, may land in a spam folder, or may not arrive at all. A check may fail because a data source is unavailable. A problem may exist that no data source discloses. You must therefore not rely on Domzor as your only protection against a domain expiring, a certificate lapsing or a service going down. Where the consequences of such an event would be serious, maintain independent safeguards.

We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, security or capacity reasons, and will give reasonable notice where circumstances allow.

8. Your data and ours

You retain all rights to the domain lists, tags, notes and other content you enter. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to operate the service. You can export your domain list as CSV at any time, and deleting your account removes your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We retain all rights to the Domzor software, its interface, its risk model and its documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you. You may use the service, but not copy it, resell it or build a competing product from it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or the loss of a domain name, a certificate or any right associated with them.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service, in aggregate over any twelve-month period, is limited to the fees you paid us during that period. On a free plan, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to correcting the fault.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under Swedish consumer legislation apply in full and are not affected by this section.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your workspace data; it does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current period unless the law requires it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or its data sources at risk, or where required by law. Except where the breach is serious or the law requires immediate action, we will notify you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it.

11. Changes to the service and these terms

Domzor is under active development, and features may be added, changed or removed. We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published here, with the date shown above.

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change that materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations. If you do not accept such a change you may terminate your account before it takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts, with Malmö tingsrätt (Malmö District Court) as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer you may instead bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and you may refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). We follow ARN's recommendations.
